Fees & Payments
Fees are set by each individual Educator and are reviewed and approved by the White Gum Family Day Care Service Admin Team.
Each Educator sets their fees based on their qualifications, experience, the service they provide and the individual environment they offer families.
White Gum is a gap fee collecting service, meaning we manage the collection of parent gap payments on behalf of our Educators. All parent payments are processed securely through Childcare Easy Pay.
As the Approved Provider, White Gum Family Day Care Service manages all CCS-related fees and charges. Parent gap payments are collected directly from families and processed through our service, with payments then passed on to the relevant Educator.
Our aim is to keep fees and payments simple, transparent and easy for families to manage, while ensuring our Educators are paid accurately and on time.
