We are Katie & Cindy and we are the creators of White Gum Family Day care Service
Managing Director and Educational Leader
Katie Waudby
Katie has a passion for building up educators to be strong independent business owners. She has a wealth of experience in the sector and loves to share her knowledge and support Educators on their FDC journey. Katie also loves to help Educators explore the benefits of embedding local Indigenous culture within their services.
​As the Educational Leader Katie is here to support our Educators in ensuring they are running up to date, best practice programming as well as offering mentorship and guidance.

Cindy Walsh
Cindy has been in the FDC Sector for over 20 years!! She has such a vast knowledge on law and regulation and will search high and low to find the answers.
She loves to share her knowledge with Educators on how to run a successful business.
As the Compliance Queen Cindy will be here to support Educators and families alike in ensuring their time at White Gum Family Day Care Service is an enjoyable and rewarding time whilst working with Educators to keep them informed and up to date with their Legal requirements and best practices.
